XP INC.
BITS AND PIECES
.Summary
At XP Inc., I've had the privilege of contributing to a diverse array of projects, each with its own unique purpose and challenges. While these projects may not always be the primary focus of my work I view them as invaluable opportunities for personal and professional growth.
These "side projects" served as a platform for me to continuously improve my skills and explore new avenues of creativity.

Whether it was refining my design techniques or delving into emerging technologies, each project offered a chance to expand my knowledge and expertise.
Moreover, they also served as a gateway to forging deeper connections within the company.

Collaborating with colleagues from different departments and not only enhanced the quality of our work but also fostered a sense of camaraderie and shared purpose.

Demo Day
Demo Day, orchestrated by our Tech Team, was a vibrant celebration of the talents and passions that lied beyond the realm of coding and work-related tasks.

This engaging event offered a platform for team members to share their hobbies and expertise in a virtual setting, fostering connections and inspiring others across the company.

From photography to music, each presentation offered a glimpse into the diverse interests that made our team unique.
As volunteers stepped forward to showcase their skills, Demo Day transformed into a showcase of creativity and collaboration, sparking meaningful conversations and igniting inspiration among colleagues.

By embracing and supporting initiatives like Demo Day, we cultivated a workplace culture that valued the whole person, creating an environment where every individual felt seen, heard, and celebrated for their unique contributions, both within and beyond the confines of work.

Community Week
Community Week emerged as a project within the Tech Team at XP Inc. that was initially envisioned as a week-long celebration of community and collaboration.

Despite its potential, the project encountered numerous iterations and shifts in scope, leading to changes in its visual identity as well. My involvement in the project concluded before witnessing it going live.
While my departure precluded me from witnessing the final manifestation of this project, I am proud to have contributed to its early stages.

As a testament to the team's creativity and engagement, Community Week would have served as a reminder of the transformative power of collective vision and collaboration within XP Inc.'s vibrant community.

XP Bio
XP Inc. places a significant emphasis on Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) initiatives, recognizing their integral role in creating sustainability and responsible business practices.

Within this framework, XP Bio emerged as a dedicated project aligned with the environmental pillar (''E'').

The project commenced with a series of collaborative workshop sessions aimed at gathering diverse perspectives on environmental issues, allowing team members to share insights and contribute to the development of this initiative.
Following the workshops, the project transitioned into a visual exploration phase, where participants drew upon their individual experiences and inspirations to inform the project's aesthetic direction.

Together with a fellow designer, I embarked on the ideation process, translating conceptual insights into tangible visual elements that would ultimately define XP Bio's visual identity.

Through iterative refinement and creative collaboration, we crafted a Visual Identity that not only captured the essence of XP Bio's environmental mission but also resonated with stakeholders across the organization.
